Shipping Costs

Free on orders over $100.

$9.99 for orders under $100.

 

Transit. Handling & Order Cut-off Time 

In general, shipments are in transit for 6-12 business days. Order handling time is 1-2 business days.

Please Note: Due to high demand, from January 26th, production time for made-to-order items will increase.

  

Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order at contact@thenatta.com 

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please get in touch with customer service for next steps.
